Wedding Coordination Packages

We offer two comprehensive plans designed to make your day stress-free and seamless. One of these plans is required when booking with us.
BASIC PLAN
This plan provides essential coordination services to ensure your event runs smoothly. It includes:  
- 1.5 hours of rehearsal time to walk through and finalize all wedding day details with the couple and bridal party.  
- Direct communication between the couple and the wedding coordinator to address any questions, concerns, or updates.  
- A dedicated Wedding Coordinator who will be available for the entire event, ensuring everything runs according to plan.  
- Event management for 3 to 4 hours, covering the ceremony and partial reception if applicable.  
 
The Basic Plan is ideal for couples seeking reliable guidance and support for their big day without additional services.  
FEE: $800
UPGRADED PLAN
For a more comprehensive experience, the Upgraded Plan offers enhanced services to accommodate a larger portion of your event. This plan includes:  
 - Wedding rehearsal coordination to ensure everyone involved understands their roles and the timeline for the day.  
 - A dedicated Wedding Coordinator present throughout the entire event, from pre-ceremony preparations to the conclusion of the reception.  
- Unlimited communication between the couple and the wedding organizer, allowing for detailed planning and updates leading up to the event.  
- Full coverage of both the Ceremony and Reception, ensuring smooth transitions, timeline adherence, and overall event management.  
 
The Upgraded Plan is perfect for couples who want peace of mind with extensive support and coordination throughout their special day.

Cleaning Package

This required service ensures the venue is spotless and ready before your event and returned to its original condition afterward.
FEE: $200

À La Carte Options

Enhance your wedding experience with additional services or meet mandatory requirements for a seamless event.
SET UP + TEAR DOWN
Let our team handle all the heavy lifting to save you time and energy. Two pricing options are available based on your event needs:  
 - $250 Light adjustments, including moving smaller items such as chairs and adding small bar tables.  
 - $500: Full setup and teardown, including moving larger furniture, utilizing our bar, and rearranging pieces in the sanctuary.
SOUND TECHNICIAN
If you plan to use the soundboard, a dedicated technician is required to manage sound quality and transitions seamlessly.  
FEE: $200  
SCREEN FACILITATOR
For ceremonies requiring use of the projection screen, a professional facilitator will handle all transitions and operations.  
FEE: $100 (ceremony only)
MUSICIANS
Elevate the ambiance of your special day with live music! We can provide a curated list of talented musicians who are available to make your wedding experience unforgettable.  
 
FEE: The pricing and payment will be negotiated directly between you and the musician you choose.
